This is my first posting, hopefully it works. I logged 6 miles last week and 2 miles today for a total of 8 for Alpha Co. All of the miles were on my spinning bike. Though Alpha company doesn't look like they are doing anything, I'm recruiting friends and family so watch our red thermometer start to soar!
I'm not very good at using these blog sites, but so I have no idea how to post other than this comment box. I ran a mile for Bravo company Thursday.
