2 miles today between the kids and I ! Yay! And we joined the gym today as a family so we will be loggin LOTS of miles soon. Does swimming count

    Yes if you swim in the pool/ play for 30 min. That's a mile. Make sure you say the miles are for H and s co too. :)

    Having issues registering for the site so I will leave my comment so our miles can be updated. I logged 1 mile of walking and 1 mile of running on monday1/17. I logged 1 mile of walking on Wednesday 1/19 and another mile on Thursday 1/20 of this week. A total of 4 miles for myself so far this week. We are all running/walking tomorrow :) Can't wait to see those numbers!
