Hi I'm a Bravo sister! I started last week and just now setting up my account. 1/25= 2 miles, 1/26= 3 miles, 1/27= 4 miles, 1/28= 1 mile, 1/29= 2 miles, 1/30= 2 miles and 1/31= 1 mile for a total of 15 miles. I have only recorded the steps of my podometer not all the other work I have being doing. But I will get on track so Bravo Co. can pick up some miles! I'm just getting started ;) Thanks
Okay... not sure exactly how to post but it's a good thing I log my workouts:

1/21: 3 miles on treadmill
1/23: 1 mile on treadmill, 1 hour of kickboxing
1/24: 2 miles on treadmill, 1 hour of Zumba
1/25: 1 hour of Zumba
1/26: 2 miles on treadmill
1/29: 2 miles on treadmill
1/30: 1 hour of kickboxing
1/31: 2 miles on treadmill
2/1: 1 hour of pilates, 1 hour of Zumba
I tried to email Cassy but it won't go through.. how do I make sure these miles get logged? How many miles is Zumba/kickboxing worth? Thanks ladies!
Good morning! I just signed up and wanted to add my miles for January! Eighteen (18) miles by walking 3 dogs...a golden retriever named "Starbuck", a pugle named "Daisy Mae" and a peke-a-poo named "Rebel Anne". GO BRAVO CO.!
