oh and im with H & S

Since my last post on January 23rd we have done the following
Son playing dodgeball, raquetball, karate and running 8 miles
Daughter elliptical, treadmill, exercise bike and raquetball 12 miles
Me Zumba 3 times last week, elliptical, raquetball, exercise bike, and walking to and from classes on all corners of the campus 15 miles and i think that might be underestimating but I dont want to over estimate.

Our family has been logging miles; son-6 miles playing basketball
                                                    husband-6 miles of spinning
                                                    me-10 miles of spinning and
                                                              running/walking
Total Bush family=22
Can I count the dog's miles since she runs with me? HaHa

Miles for Alpha Co!

I need to add my miles for the end of last week and today. Wednesday, 4.5, Thursday, 5, Friday, 4.5, and today another 5 for a total of: 19 miles!

Walked 3 miles for H&S today.

H&S miles, 3 more from jogging on Saturday.
